The Role
As Store Manager, you will lead the overall performance of the boutique, ensuring excellence across client experience, team development, operations and commercial results.
You will inspire the team to deliver a premium and personalized experience while driving business performance and creating a strong store culture aligned with the values of the brand.
You will be responsible for leading the team towards achieving store objectives and business performance targets.
Your responsibilities will be:
Team Leadership
Lead, inspire and develop the boutique team.
Set clear objectives and monitor store performance.
Coach the team on client experience, storytelling and sales techniques.
Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-oriented culture.
Support onboarding and development of new team members.
Client Experience
Ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience.
Drive clienteling initiatives and relationship-building actions.
Develop the store client base and CRM engagement.
Lead by example on the sales floor.
Commercial Performance
Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance.
Identify opportunities to improve boutique results and client engagement.
Ensure excellent execution of launches, activations and campaigns.
Monitor business performance and implement action plans when needed.
Operations
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
Oversee stock management and inventory control.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Guarantee smooth day-to-day boutique operations.
What is important for the role:
Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium or luxury retail.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Commercial mindset with analytical awareness.
Passion for client experience and team development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent Spanish and English required.
