Full responsibility for the hotel's operations , including P&L, guest satisfaction, staff management, and compliance. Define and implement strategic plans to improve performance, occupancy, and revenue. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with brand values and service excellence. Liaise with ownership and senior management, providing regular performance updates and strategic input. Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. University degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role. Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change, operational improvement, or hotel repositioning. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a clear focus on results and service excellence. Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills, with the ability to act as a key figure within the organization. Established hospitality group Opportunity to lead a flagship hotel
