From Agap2 we are looking for a Product Owner to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector, working on complex initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and digital capabilities across the organisation.
Actively prepare and participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap sessions.
Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, data, and business areas.
Support technical planning (enablers) with architects and engineering leads.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe organisations.
Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination.
Background in digital delivery and collaboration with technical teams.
Ability to balance Agile ways of working with initiatives that may involve waterfall elements.
Excellent communication skills in English.
