Full-Time Commercial Assistant – International Pharmaceutical & Food Market Focus
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Commercial Assistant to become a key member of our expanding international team.
This full-time position offers the potential to evolve into a more client-facing role, including on-site visits and direct commercial negotiations.
Location:
Viladecavalls, Barcelona
Schedule:
Full-time. On-site presence is mandatory.
¿¿ Travel Requirements:
Mandatory – must be available for both domestic and international travel.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of French, Arabic, Italian, or other languages is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead identification and prospecting.
Preparation of quotations based on client-specific needs (URS) through our SAP system.
Follow-up on quotations via phone calls, Teams, and other communication channels.
Coordination of meetings with leads and clients.
Participation in commercial and technical meetings with clients.
Search and recruitment of new commercial representatives and partners.
Updating and maintaining the commercial opportunities tracking dashboard.
Coordination of business trip agendas (flights, visas, accommodation, etc.).
Organization of client and representative visits to the local office (agendas, accommodation, transportation, etc.).
Profile:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Eager to grow into a more active commercial role.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic international environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
People-oriented, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Able to work with diverse cultures from around the world.
