YOUNG is a venture group that builds and scales its own companies across sectors such as hospitality, coffee, workspaces, real estate, hotels, media, and more.
We are looking for a small number of ambitious builders to join our Founder / Operator program — designed to test whether you can actually build, operate, and create value inside real companies.
This is not a course.
This is not coaching.
This is where you prove you can build.
What you’ll do
From day one, you step into real YOUNG companies.
You will:
* Work on active businesses with real operations
* Take ownership of parts of the company
* Contribute to growth, sales, and execution
* Work on new initiatives and improvements
You are not observing.
You are operating.
How it works
* Duration: Maximum 50 days
* Setup: Part-time, flexible
* Can be combined with job or study
We don’t measure hours.
We measure:

Everything you do is visible.
The 3 Steps
Step 1 – Internal (Start)
You work closely with a Co-Founder and YOUNG Holding.
You learn the business, operate, and prove yourself internally.
Step 2 – External
You start engaging with stakeholders:
customers, partners, suppliers, network.
You show you can represent and grow the business.
Step 3 – YOUNG Hero
If it clicks, you step up as a true operator.
You become a key driver in the company and move towards a long-term role.
Performance & selection
There is no fixed path.
Based on performance:
* You continue
* You improve
* Or we stop
If we see a strong fit — often before the end — we move into serious discussions.
What happens if it works
You step in as a Co-Founder within one of the YOUNG companies.
This includes:
* 5% – 20% equity (no capital required)
* €60K – €100K salary range
* Long-term involvement in building the company
Structure:
* YOUNG Holding typically retains majority
* Multiple shareholders per company
* Often supported by a STAK structure

We are looking for builders, not employees.

What this is not
* Not a traditional job

Compensation
* No compensation during the program
* This is an investment from both sides
If it works → you step into a paid co-founder role
If not → you leave with real experience
