Your roleAs Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort across all areas of the property. You will play a key role in creating a serene and welcoming environment aligned with the Nômade experience.
What you will do
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas
Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet brand expectations
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity levels
Handle guest requests and special requirements with care and efficiency
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations
Monitor inventory, linen, and housekeeping supplies
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations in collaboration with an external service provider
Support continuous improvement of procedures and service quality
Who we're looking for
Experienced housekeeping professional in hotels or hospitality environments
Strong leadership and team management skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and presentation
Well-organized with strong planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Requirements
Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or Director in 5★ hotels or luxury hospitality environments
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and procedures
Experience managing teams, schedules, and departmental budgets
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Fluent communication in Spanish (English is a plus)
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
