Core Requirements · Bachelor's Degree or higher· Recognized English teaching certification (TESOL / TEFL / TESL – CELTA or equivalent preferred)· Minimum of 2 years ESL teaching experience· Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and teaching excellence
Professional Qualifications (Preferred) · Advanced ESL qualifications (Level 5 equivalent or higher such as CELTA, TKT, DipTESOL, PGCE, MEd, PhDEd)· Continuous professional development (CPD) participation· Experience with international learners
Language Capability Requirements · English proficiency at CEFR C2 (or equivalent) is required· Proficiency in at least one additional language at CEFR B1+ or higher is strongly preferred
Teaching Scope You may support either young learners or adult learners depending on teaching allocation.Students may include:
