H3Job Title /h3Team Lead – Radiology Informatics Clinical Consulting, South Europeh3Job Description /h3pLead the Radiology Informatics (RI) SSD Implementation Clinical Consulting team (approx. 10 people) across South Europe (France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Spain). You’ll report to the EI RI SSD Implementation Leader South Europe and be part of a high-performing team focused on driving implementation excellence and customer adoption. /ppbYour role: /b /pulliLead and develop a clinical consulting team delivering services for RI solutions (e.g., vuePACS, vueRIS). /liliCoach and educate both your team and sales colleagues in RI solutions and methodologies. /liliValidate solution design during presales to ensure alignment with customer clinical needs. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to senior hospital leaders, supporting the full implementation lifecycle. /liliDrive successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions. /liliSupport sales efforts by providing clinical insights during acquisition phases. /liliWork on complex projects requiring deep clinical and organizational understanding. /liliProvide hands-on consultancy for high-impact projects, including workflow analysis and clinical integration. /liliGuide customer teams in testing and adoption of new features and workarounds. /liliMentor both your team and external stakeholders on advanced RI solution use. /li /ulpbYou’re a right fit if: /b /pulli5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics with a clinical background. /liliProven experience leading and developing clinical or consulting teams, ideally in a matrix or regional setup. /liliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field (or equivalent). /liliStrong consulting skills with a track record of influencing senior healthcare stakeholders. /liliDeep understanding of Philips RI products and complex implementation scenarios. /liliSkilled communicator, able to adapt messaging for both clinical and executive audiences. /liliFluent in English and at least two of the following: French, Italian, Spanish. /liliWillingness to travel 60%. /li /ulpbAbout Philips /bbrWe are a health technology company.
