We seek a manager with expertise in global travel management, vendor and partner relations, service management, online booking and expense tools, and travel agency management. The Hub Manager will support the business travel ecosystem, enhance shared services, and foster communication across teams and countries, shaping the future of the hub.What You Do
Act as service owner for Amadeus Cytric, travel agencies, service providers, and internal interfaces, ensuring seamless deployment and operation of Allianz's global travel program.Manage standardization of processes to reduce costs and leverage competitive advantages in travel approvals, booking, on-trip services, payments, and reimbursements.Coordinate agreements among suppliers and manage project requests, creating business cases with involved parties.Administer travel policies in booking channels, manage platform functionalities, and ensure compliance.Manage supplier relationships across countries, communicate operational requirements, and support stakeholders within Allianz entities.Provide end-user training, manage spend, performance, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and policy compliance.What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or professional travel agent training, with 5-10 years of experience.Over 5 years in travel management or strategic sales related to travel agencies, online booking tools, or GDS providers.Experience managing complex projects with multiple partners and timelines.Knowledge of travel & expense tools (preferably Amadeus Cytric), industry standards, workflows, and operations.Fluent in German and English;
additional languages are advantageous.Strong understanding of business travel processes, product knowledge in airlines, hotels, rentals, and rail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.What We Offer
