Sustainability Disclosure & Reporting Senior Manager
Description -
The Sustainability Disclosure Senior Manager oversees and ensures the accurate and timely reporting of HP's Sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and positioning HP well with key Raters & Rankers and other external and internal reporting mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Reporting Frameworks: Create and implement frameworks and metrics to measure HP’s environmental, social, and governance performance.
* Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GRI or SASB.
* Data Collection and Verification: Work with internal teams to gather and verify sustainability data.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate sustainability progress through reports and presentations.
* Strategic Insights: Support HP in sharpening ESG strategy and making it future-proof.
* Gap Analysis: Identify areas for improvement in sustainability performance and reporting.
* Collaboration: Work with finance, audit, legal, digital transformation, and other teams to enhance disclosures.
* Data Quality: Ensure data consistency and quality in reporting.
* Assurance: Support the assurance process for sustainability reports.
* Training and Awareness: Lead initiatives to promote a culture of sustainability within HP.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
* Excellent communication skills for clear and persuasive reporting.
* Project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
* Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards.
* Proficiency with reporting software and data analysis tools.
* Understanding of ESG principles.
* Ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
