The roleYou'll be working as an embedded BDR across a portfolio of our clients — B2B companies of all different industries. That means you're the voice and face of their outbound motion: cold calling prospects, following up on email and LinkedIn touchpoints, and booking qualified meetings directly into their sales calendars.You'll be running multi-client outbound simultaneously, which means variety, pace, and real commercial exposure across different industries and ICPs.What we're looking forPhone-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy cold calling and you're good at it (or hungry to become very good at it, very fast)Exceptional spoken and written English — you'll be representing clients directly; Average output isn't something you're comfortable withOrganised and self-directed — remote-first means you manage your own day; being local during ramp-up means faster training, more facetime with the team, and a better startCompensation : Base + uncapped commission.
