Area Sales Manager, Golf & Turf Equipment South Europe
Communicate with customers and regularly visit them to generate sales and secure orders.
Lead, support, and develop the Ecorobotix dealer network within the Golf & Sports Turf segment.
Train and coach partners to ensure strong product knowledge and successful commercial execution.
Propose improvements to strengthen and expand the partner network.
Resolve business or sales-related issues and support partners in the field.
Develop and implement commercial actions to grow market presence.
Manage the order process, sales pipeline, and forecasting activities.
Evaluate customer creditworthiness, share price lists and commercial terms, and recommend pricing improvements.
Provide content and field insights to the marketing team.
Validating use cases and business opportunities based on field data.
Conduct market, competition, and new feature analyses and provide structured reporting.
Master's degree in sales, agronomy, or a related field.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Agronomic knowledge related to turf management, weed control, or phytosanitary products is a strong plus.
Leadership and General Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Approximately 20%–30% travel within the assigned commercial region.
