We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Marbella, a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to play a pivotal role in launching our brand.
Your Role & Impact Client & Business Development Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance
Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior
Translate integral objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs
Store Operations Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence
Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines
Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory
Drive and support all marketing initiatives in-store
Team Leadership & Development Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset
Promote a growth-oriented environment
Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspace
Brand Representation Embod
Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand position
