This role involves providing essential service plans to customers and their sites, addressing technical faults and conducting planned maintenance of our products.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers committed to delivering prompt and effective solutions to customer issues.Your responsibilities include identifying faults, repairing, testing, and modifying actuators in the field, carrying out mechanical and electrical installations, and completing accurate site visit reports.This position suits a determined problem-solver with logical troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.Experience Requirements:
Technical experience or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems.Understanding of basic electronics, electrical, and fluid power theories.Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, and use common test and calibration tools.Experience working in a practical engineering environment.The Successful Candidate:
