About the Role

As our Partnerships Manager at Lumon, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and influence by acquiring, activating, and driving new business revenue growth through a portfolio of partners.

You will focus on business development, acquiring new accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships within the real estate, legal, financial and banking sectors. This role requires a strong hunter mindset to find and secure new business opportunities within a defined market segment and / or geographic territory, as well as a farmer approach to maintain, nurture, and grow these accounts over time.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster new business while also expanding relationships with existing clients to achieve Lumon’s sales goals.

You should apply if...

* Experience working in a sales, business development or partnership management role
* A strong and active portfolio of clients and / or in the FX / Real Estate / Banking space
* Experience to run a full sales cycle : from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
* Unafraid of cold outreach - you enjoy starting conversations from scratch, influencing decision-makers, and turning curiosity into committed interest.
* Proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding sales targets.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish and other European languages are a plus).
* Able to travel to partners and be present in offices when needed

The interview process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages. We promise not to ask you any brain teasers or trick questions!

* 30 minute recruiter call / video
* 30 minute onsite with hiring manager
* 1 take home brief to be presented
* 1-hour video call team members
