For an international organisation based in the UK with operations across Europe, we are supporting the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple business functions. This role works in close partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, proactive, and inclusive recruitment service, supporting business growth and the wider people agenda. The position also contributes to the development of early careers initiatives, including apprenticeships and graduate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role definition through to sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices.
* Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
* Proactively source direct candidates, support offer processes and contract initiation, reinforcing a strong employer brand.
* Manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, colleges and universities.
* Ensure compliance with UK and European employment legislation, including Right to Work, visa processes, GDPR, and data protection requirements.
* Support employee career journeys, including relocation, visa applications and benefits administration.
* Use recruitment data and insights to monitor/effectiveness, identify trends and recommend improvements.
* Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information with a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
* Solid knowledge of UK and European employment legislation.
* Experience with HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
* Fluent in English and Spanish; French or German is an advantage.
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident user of MS Excel, Power Point and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
