You Are
Accenture Products & Platforms is seeking a seasoned Software Sales Director for our Digital Video Solutions, with a proven track record of selling SaaS, who can join our exceptional team and make an immediate impact. You are skilled at identifying opportunities and driving results.
Location: Spain (Hybrid model – some days from home and others at the office to create synergies with your team). It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end SaaS sales processes for Digital Video Solutions, including forecasting, pipeline management, and RFP coordination.
Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies and campaigns targeting Fortune 2000 enterprises.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives in telecommunications, media, advertising, and marketing industries.
Lead negotiations for complex, high‑value deals ensuring alignment with financial and operational requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in product domain, industry, or ecosystem.
At least 3 years of proven success in enterprise software products and SaaS sales, exceeding metrics.
Minimum 3 years working on tech modernization for large enterprises.
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
Deep knowledge of telecommunications, media, advertising, or marketing industry.
Strong persuasive communication and presentation skills; advanced negotiation capabilities.
Experience in sales processes: forecasting, pipeline management, origination, negotiation, and event preparation.
Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented.
