Wall Street English is looking for an Online Sales Consultant - German Market to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Reporting to the Center Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by advising prospective students on the best learning solutions for their needs. Through consultative online sales appointments, you will convert leads into contracts while also nurturing existing students to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.


This role combines strong sales performance with a high level of service, ensuring every student receives a personalized and professional experience throughout their journey with Wall Street English.


What You Will Be Doing


Drive Sales Results

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Center Director
* Book, conduct, and close online sales consultations (first and second appointments)
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent contract conversions
* Ensure contracts are processed accurately and in a timely manner


Convert Prospects and Grow Student Loyalty

* Follow up with new prospects, existing students, and past contacts to maximize conversion, renewals, and referrals
* Resolve no-shows or cancelled appointments through proactive follow-up
* Hold after-sales and follow-up sessions to drive renewals and referrals
* Manage student expectations through thoughtful, consultative communication


Ensure Student Satisfaction

* Act as the main point of contact between students and the Service team
* Address student concerns or issues efficiently and ensure a high level of satisfaction
* Contribute to a positive and engaging student experience that encourages long-term commitment


Drive Sales Visibility

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM
* Manage your diary to ensure all calls, appointments, and follow-ups are completed on time
* Provide regular and accurate sales and activity reports to the Center Director


Support Team Growth

* Attend online meetings with Sales and Service teams
* Participate in marketing initiatives, including online events and promotions
* Stay up to date with new products, course updates, and sales processes
* Attend all required training sessions as part of your professional development


Your Profile


* Strong command of German language (C1/C2)
* Good level of English
* Experience working towards sales targets or performance objectives
* Confident using digital communication platforms (phone, video calls, online tools)
* Strong service-oriented mindset with a consultative approach
* Good working knowledge of MS Office


Nice to Have

* University degree; professional sales qualification or degree in Business or Marketing are a plus
* Understanding of core sales principles (sales pipeline, forecasting, planning, closing techniques)
* Confident using social media for communication or lead engagement
* Experience in the English Language Teaching sector
* Background in service-driven industries (hospitality, fitness, education, customer service)
* Fluent in English

Hybrid Work Schedule


2 days in the office, 3 days working from home. The office is located in Barcelona’s city center.
