The Manager – Training Delivery plays a crucial role in our school's global success and reputation. The role focuses on designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee capabilities and business performance. It involves integrating instructional design, e-learning solutions, assessments, and industry best practices into our learning strategy.
Education and Professional Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; postgraduate certification in training is advantageous.
* Experience : 5-7 years in training design, delivery, and evaluation, preferably in a corporate environment.
* Technical expertise in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and instructional design models.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact and promote continuous improvement.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Certifications in Instructional Design, Training & Facilitation, or Learning Technologies are preferred.
* Experience in leadership development, competency frameworks, and performance consulting.
* Knowledge of industry best practices in corporate training and digital learning trends.
Key Responsibilities Training Design & Development
* Develop and implement structured training programs using modern methodologies.
* Design and curate engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning solutions aligned with business goals.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
* Lead classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
* Facilitate learning through interactive and learner-centric approaches.
* Mentor trainers to improve instructional effectiveness.
Assessment & Program Evaluation
* Create assessments and quizzes to measure training effectiveness.
* Analyze learning outcomes and implement improvements based on data.
* Use feedback to enhance course content and delivery.
E-learning & Digital Learning Innovation
* Utilize LMS platforms and multimedia content to improve training accessibility and engagement.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into training strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
* Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives.
* Partner with external vendors and consultants for specialized training needs.
* Standardize and upskill facilitators to ensure high-quality training delivery.
* Manage training data and metrics for leadership evaluation.
* Lead various projects and initiatives as required by the Director of Industry Relations.
