We are looking for a Renewals Support position for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
Manage smaller-value renewals directly with customers or via resellers, ensuring timely execution.
Engage proactively with internal sales teams, customers, and resellers to support renewals.
Identify renewal risks and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts using CRM tools and customer interactions.
Act as a bridge between sales, operational/support teams, and offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution of renewals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
Pull and share reports from Salesforce to support the team.
Requirements:
Full professional proficiency in French (supporting Enterprise accounts in French-speaking regions).
Motivated, proactive, and coachable with a high level of energy.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with customers, preferably Enterprise or complex accounts.
Familiarity with renewals or subscription management is a plus.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM and basic Excel functions.
