Youll engage directly with customers, providing technical consultancy and contributing to tailored solutions that drive business development across Europe and MEA. Responsibilities:
* Answering technical specifications (SOC = Statement of Compliance) from customers, solution descriptions, etc. (technical part of offer preparation)
* Act as the prime technical expert for Broadband Networks (BBN) ISAM and Lightspan OLT portfolio within the Fixed Networks Business Center
* Provide technical consultancy to customers & sales/pre sales teams, including technical customer workshops on the selected technical subdomain.
* Represent RBC in interactions with the Product Groups, contributing to roadmap definition based on market requirements in the region, including feature capturing, tracking, and prioritization.
* Drive Nokia internal knowledge transfer activities towards the business development teams for the selected technical subdomain: developing/coordinating training material, webinars, etc.
Key Skills and Experience:
* You have a technical university degree (in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technology background), with a minimum of 3 5 years experience in the telecom industry.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken); other languages are a plus.
* Team player with the ability to work in an international and distributed organization and in cross functional teams.
* Quick learner, even when no off the shelf training material is available, with a strong interest in technical details.
* Strong customer facing skills with the ability to engage with customers, presenting and promoting Nokia solutions at the technical level.
It would be nice if you also had:
* Experience with Fixed Networks technologies and products.
* Background in technical pre sales.
* Familiarity with software and cloud technologies.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
