Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented person to work as a Tent Receptionist at the international MotoGP sporting event. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients and guests at the event.
Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting clients
• Coordinating with the event's organizational team
• Handling incidents and providing support to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
• Preferably trained in Tourism, International Trade, or a related field
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential (other languages are an asset)
• Strong communication skills and customer-orientation
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to travel (nationally and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in event reception
• Responsible and dynamic attitude
