DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
Ensure revenue growth for Design AwardsOwn the performance of the Awards program by driving paid submissions, agency participation, sponsorships, partnerships, pricing models, and upsell opportunities among existing DesignRush clients.Expand the Awards ecosystem globally by building relationships with design agencies and creative studios, developing partnerships with industry organizations, and coordinating outreach with Sales and Lead Generation teams.Define and manage the Awards program strategy, including categories, evaluation structure, submission flow, jury selection, and positioning to strengthen credibility and align with the DesignRush media strategy.Drive marketing and demand generation for the Awards by collaborating with Content, SEO, and social teams on amplification campaigns promoting nominees, winners, and award launches.Optimize product systems and workflows supporting the Awards program by working with the Product team on submission dashboards, evaluation tools, automation, and cross-team operational processes.Track and report program performance by monitoring submissions, revenue, agency engagement, and traffic, while building KPI dashboards and identifying growth opportunities through data analysis.Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers
Required qualifications:
Over 5 years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a teamProven success with newsletter campaignsProven experience in B2B marketingExperience working with design agencies or the creative industryExperience managing awards, media platforms, or communitiesStrong understanding of marketing, branding, and digital agenciesExcellent written and oral English communication skillsGoal-oriented individualStrong ability to strategize and solve problemsAble to work between 6 AM and 3 PM EST
