Key Responsibilities
Engage with regional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions
Manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and sales support
Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients, using strong sales techniques
Work with performance targets and KPIs to consistently meet or exceed objectives
Quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities
Cultivate relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long‐term loyalty
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions
Requirements
C2 level of Spanish. C1 level of English (oral and written)
12 months of proven sales experience, with the ability to win people over and convince clients rapidly
Capable of creating digital marketing strategies for all customer sizes and diverse verticals
Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred)
Performance Acumen: Demonstrated aptitude for contributing to strategic objectives within a structured, metric‐driven environment; exhibits persistence in achieving defined targets and a clear willingness to employ effective persuasion in client‐focused scenarios
Client Engagement Fundamentals: Experience in a client‐facing or client‐interaction role, with an emphasis on cultivating positive rapport and representing your services through consistently courteous and effective service delivery
Agile Adaptability: Demonstrated capacity for swift learning and professional evolution; proactively integrates feedback and adjusts work methodologies efficiently to ensure seamless task completion amidst shifting priorities or new business conditions
Specialized Skills for the Spanish Market
Knowledge of the Spanish Business Landscape: Deep understanding of Spain's business culture and regional differences, essential for building successful relationships and developing customized sales strategies
Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities across key Spanish economic sectors, addressing specific industry requirements
Spanish Professional Communication
Effective Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating with Spanish professionals, adapting the style and tone to the specific context and audience
Mastery of the nuances inherent in Spanish business language
Proven ability in both verbal and written communication
Spanish Regulatory Awareness
Basic Legal Compliance: Foundational knowledge of Spanish business regulations, encompassing labor and commercial laws, critical for ensuring operational compliance
