In this role, you will drive SAP-based service transformations by delivering integrated customer service processes across SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, Service Cloud, and FSM. You will work within a cross-functional team to design solutions, architect implementations, and estimate delivery efforts for client engagements. You’ll lead large project teams (15+) including offshore members and manage client-facing consulting activities. Your work will enable scalable service management and improved customer experiences for enterprise clients. This is a chance to shape SAP service capabilities at scale within a global leader in technology consulting.

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in SAP Customer xpzdshu Service (ECC CS, S/4HANA Service)
• Must have S/4HANA Service implementation experience incl. functional design and architecture
• Experience with SAP Service Cloud and SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is a plus
• Project Management experience
• Experience managing teams of 15+, including offshore
• External client-facing consulting experience
