**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a, you will **Business Development Associate**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Support in the execution of the Digital Solutions Group global strategy, contributing to the analysis and execution of strategic projects - from corporate finance transactions, partnerships & strategic investments as well as innovation-related projects
- Strong project management skills, with good client interaction and taking on a leading role in managing transactions
- Preparation of strategic materials (corporate finance pitches, investment proposals, etc.), including market research & analysis, competitive landscape analysis, financial valuation, etc.
- Prepare internal presentations for senior management stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization: product, risk and functional teams
- Coordinate execution - finance, legal, accounting, compliance, operations, etc.
- Coordinate a team of analysts and interns with a hands-on mentality

EXPERIENCE
- 4 years relevant work experience - corporate development, strategic consultancy or investment banking / buy-side experience
- You might have worked with the Technology industry before, although this is not a requirement

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree - preference for a major in Finance or Accounting
- Master in Finance or Accounting, CPA, MBA and/or working towards CFA is a plus

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- You are a person who is passionate about innovation, startups and technology
- Commercial drive, with the ambition to develop existing and new client relationships
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate internally
- Has a growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a high degree of integrity
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
