Carel Iberica, the Spanish and Portuguese subsidiary of the CAREL Group, is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, both in the pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our solutions in the market.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical assistance and guidance in selecting the right solutions for customer needs.
* Conduct basic technical training for customers and partners on CAREL solutions.
* Assist in configuring systems and solutions for HVAC and refrigeration applications.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electronic devices, PLCs, IoT systems, and monitoring platforms.
* Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to customers to ensure the proper functioning of installed solutions.
* Manage and document technical incidents and propose solutions to improve customer experience.
* Interact with CAREL Group's central service department for second-level case management.
* Manage and follow up on open cases using the Salesforce platform.
Training And Documentation:
* Create and update technical materials and support guides for customers and internal teams.
* Train customers in the use and maintenance of CAREL solutions.
Requirements:
* Technical education: Higher Technical Degree (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior - CFGS) or bachelor's degree in industrial Automation and Robotics, Electronic Maintenance, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, Thermal and Fluid Installation Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Previous experience in technical support or customer assistance in the HVAC or refrigeration sector.
* Knowledge of electronic devices, PLCs, IoT systems, and monitoring platforms.
* Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
* Excellent communication skills and customer relations.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Availability for occasional travel within Spain and Portugal.
