Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our European healthtech scale-up, specializing in digital dental solutions for B2B clients.
You will be part of a fast-growing company that supports dental professionals with innovative products and services across Europe, driving growth and success through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach our B2B client base.
* Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints, ensuring a unified and compelling brand voice.
* Plan and manage local events and lead generation activities aligned with our global strategy, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with the global marketing and product teams to localize and promote product launches and initiatives, driving business results.
* Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing management within a B2B environment, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
* Proven experience with both online and offline campaigns, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
* Strong communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proactive and organized, with excellent project management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, is a plus.
* Experience with media relations and brand storytelling, able to craft compelling narratives that engage audiences.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities, able to balance high-level thinking with tactical implementation.
* Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus, but not required.
