We're looking for an International Purchasing Specialist for Travel to play a key role in the unification of our international travel project and to ensure a seamless, high-quality travel experience for employees across International 1 (ES, PT, IT, CH, BE, NL, LUX, DK, SE, FI). Role Overview This role combines project implementation, strategic purchasing, and long-term travel management. You will lead the rollout of a unified self-booking tool, establish harmonized travel policies, and later take ownership as Team Lead for Travel International 1. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the implementation of a unified self-booking tool and travel policies across International 1 Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption Support and train users during the transition phase Monitor user experience and continuously improve travel processes Take ownership of all International 1 travel initiatives as Team Lead Negotiate hotel and travel supplier agreements to optimize costs and service quality Manage vendor relationships and escalations Analyze travel reports to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities Ensure ongoing support and policy compliance for all travelers Collaborate cross-functionally to align travel with broader business strategies Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred) Experience in international purchasing, travel management, or similar roles Solid understanding of travel-related topics Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus (Spanish, Italian, French) Interested or know someone who could be a good fit?
