The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience. Focusing on recruitment, training, development, and working in collaboration with the product team to ensure the achievement of Collette brand standards. Tour Manager performance is the #1 driver of the excellence of the on-tour experience, we aspire to have the best Tour Managers in the industry.
Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategy that supports business growth by sourcing top candidates in the industry to support our brand delivery and excellence standards.
Training and team development: Continue to evolve training strategy by drawing on individual and team needs through a variety of training models and on the road coaching and training. Supports the planning and execution of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
Performance management: Manage each member of the team to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool. Identify training opportunities and resources.
Support product design and marketing initiatives: Through the input and efforts of the regional team, support tour enhancements and marketing content.
Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, Product enhancements and new product development, Emergency services protocols.
3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
~ Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
~ Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
