About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned and trusted Chief of Staff Light to provide comprehensive support to our Founder at a pivotal stage of company growth.
This is a strategic, high-responsibility role, ideal for a professional who combines discretion, foresight, and emotional intelligence with impeccable organizational skills.
You will act as the right hand of the Founder, ensuring seamless coordination of operations, communication, and strategic priorities across international contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, prioritize, and draft the Founder’s communications, including up to 90% of inbox correspondence.
Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, events, and international travel arrangements.
Act as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Founder with professionalism and poise.
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documentation for strategic decision-making.
Provide administrative support on legal, financial, and operational matters, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
Anticipate needs, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges before they escalate.
Support the Founder’s personal and business commitments with tact and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
8/10 years of experience supporting Founders, Chairmen, or C-level executives in dynamic or high-profile environments.
Proven record of stability and long-term commitment in prior roles.
Trilingual proficiency: fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch (spoken and written).
Outstanding communication, discretion, and diplomacy.
Strong judgment, organizational excellence, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality.
Skilled in managing financial follow-up, contracts, and administrative documentation.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and travel management platforms.
Preferred Profile
Mature, calm under pressure, and able to balance multiple priorities with grace.
Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
Exhibits initiative, intuition, and the capacity to act as a true extension of the Founder.
