The Skin Lounge 012 is part of the MiiN Cosmetics family, united by a shared passion for Korean beauty and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. Together, we create and develop our own brands – Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani – blending Korean innovation with European expertise to craft products that elevate everyday routines into meaningful beauty experiences.
With a strong footprint across Europe, we are entering a new phase of international expansion into Asia‑Pacific, the Americas, the Middle East, and Africa. This ambitious growth is powered by the close collaboration between our Barcelona headquarters and our team and partners in Seoul – the global epicenter of cosmetic innovation.

The Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to shape and grow our brands with clarity, purpose, and ambition. This is a key role for an exceptional brand builder with experience creating brands from the ground up – from defining purpose, positioning, and storytelling to leading marketing strategy and go‑to‑market plans across international markets.
What you’ll do
- Define the strategic foundations of the brand to build a distinctive and consistent identity
- Lead the annual marketing strategy to drive growth and long‑term brand equity
- Develop go‑to‑market strategies for launches and key brand moments
- Translate consumer insight into compelling brand strategies
- Lead and inspire the marketing team
- Oversee campaigns, content, and brand assets across all touchpoints
- Foster close partnerships across departments, encouraging agile and innovative ways of working
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management
- Proven experience building brands from scratch
- Strong team leadership skills
- Solid experience in go‑to‑market strategy
- A “doer” attitude: strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution
- Self‑starter, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced international environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Passion in beauty is highly valued

Currently, we have two skincare brands on the market and are working on the launch of new beauty categories and concepts. This is a key moment of growth and consolidation for us: we are solidifying processes, building our team, and designing the foundation that will allow us to scale the business in the coming years.
