What We're Looking For3–4+ years of experience in Product DesignA strong portfolio is mandatory : show us shipped products, your thinking process, constraints, and impactStrong expertise in FigmaExperience designing complex systems (e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, internal tools)Ability to deliver pragmatic solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsComfortable using AI tools to explore ideas, prototype faster, analyze feedback, or improve workflowsClear communication skillsStrong self-management: while the scope is wide, we trust you to prioritize and organize your work as you see fit.
