In this role you drive commercial performance, sustainability, and growth for the UK Broker product portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Deployment, and Governance. You provide product input for high‑value RFPs and tenders, support strategic partner renewals, and lead portfolio optimization and transformation initiatives. You will shape local product strategy across Europe and APAC while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-centric outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence market-ready offers and elevate cross-functional delivery in a data‑driven, AI‑enabled environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide product input for high‑value RFPs and tenders across Europe and APAC
• Define and structure competitive commercial offers for new and existing partners
• Coordinate deviation management with Product Governance and Underwriting
• Support assessment and approval of ASU deviations for strategic partners
• Act as SME for product design, evolution, and portfolio rationalization across Europe and APAC
• Guide Product Development with input on new concepts and enhancements
• Manage Significant Change Product processes ensuring governance and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Deployment, and Governance for aligned delivery
• Support broader Product initiatives and localization efforts in local markets
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Product, Underwriting, Operations or similar
• Travel insurance and broker channel experience preferred
• Solid understanding of insurance industry and regulatory environment
• Strong knowledge of Travel Product Portfolio and ability to interpret insurance T&C;
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and deliver KPIs
• Effective communication with stakeholders in English
• Structured problem solving
• International agility across regions and cultures
• Project and time management skills
• Experience with AI, ML, data analytics and cloud‑based tools in a governance‑minded environment
