We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Product Specialist (Cardio or Endovascular) to join our innovation team at our site in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona).
Your mission: responsible for the development and implementation of the products under responsibility on a technical/scientific-commercial level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholdersCollaborating and strategizing with the MKT, commercial and R+D teams.Working with sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities.Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings to ensure the effective implementation of product strategies.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.Providing pricing market knowledge to define market approach strategy.Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing.Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls.Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
DESIRED PROFILE:Bachelors Degree in health.Minimum 3 years of selling experience in the medical device market.Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.Deadline-driven.Superb verbal and written communication skillsA strong growth mindset.Spanish and English high level (C1).Excellent organizational skills.Strong presentation skills.Able to travel more 50%.
