The consultant will be the IT Payments represent in governance forums, contributing to project and operational governance as required. /ppIn addition to delivery responsibilities, the consultant is expected to participate/contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to enhance system stability, operational efficiency, and service quality to meet all quality, robustness, compliance, and sustainability standards consistent within Client’s internal methodologies, controls, and regulatory obligations. /ppbr/ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: /b /pullib1. Project Management Delivery /bProvide end-to-end project delivery service for payments related initiatives within the BSNY 2026 BoW. /liliDefine, refine, and manage project scope and delivery approach, proactively identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions. /liliLead requirements elicitation and validation activities, engaging directly with business and operations stakeholders. /liliPerform As-Is analysis and design To-Be processes, ensuring alignment with business/operations objectives, architectural standards, regulatory requirements, etc. /liliIdentify all applications, systems, interfaces, and integrations required to support/enhance new or existent products and/or processes. /liliProduce and maintain functional and technical documentation /liliEnsure environments, connectivity, access, tooling, etc., are in place across all project phases /liliCoordinate and oversee development activities across multiple internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment and timely execution. /liliPlan, coordinate, and support SIT/UAT, including defect management and resolution tracking. /liliMaintain/update project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks, preparing status reports for senior stakeholders. /liliPrepare and complete all project governance documentation and artifacts required for Gate approvals, in accordance with BSNY PMO / SDLC methodology. /liliManage Change Management activities, including preparation, approval, and execution of software deployment changes, in compliance with internal procedures. /liliCoordinate and deliver training sessions for business and operational stakeholders (if required). /liliExecute formal handovers for Operations and Production Support, ensuring a controlled transition to BAU. /lilib2. BAU Payments Operations Support /bProvide ongoing BAU support services for payments applications, ensuring operational stability and continuity. /liliPerform analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of payment-related software solutions. /liliAct as a SME (subject matter expert) providing advanced troubleshooting for complex applications, systems, integrations, and performance issues. /liliLead root cause analysis for production incidents and recurring issues, defining and implementing sustainable remediation actions in collaboration with support teams (if possible). /liliDesign, implement, and support system enhancements, refactoring initiatives, and modernization efforts across the payments technology stack. /liliWork closely with Payments Operations teams to support day-to-day processing, resolve functional and technical issues, as well as address user queries. /liliParticipate in incidents, problems, and change management processes, ensuring appropriate documentation and SLA adherence. /liliProactively identify applications improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency initiatives. /liliSupport regulatory, audit, and compliance activities, including preparation of evidence and remediation proposal of findings (vulnerabilities) when required. /liliContribute to technical/architectural design proposal for complex initiatives, partnering closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. /liliEnsure appropriate knowledge transfer and documentation to support teams, reducing operational risk and dependency on individual resources. /liliExperience working within controlled production environments with strong governance. /li /ulpbSKILLS EXPERTISE: /b /pullib1.
