Responsibilities
Requirements analysis.Participate in the technical design of projects.Perform effort estimations for projects.Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.Analyze and improve application performance.Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management.Produce technical documentation for completed projects.Actively contribute to the training of other team members.Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.
Knowledge / Experience
Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.Excellent spoken and written English.Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
