A high-end villa in Alaro, Mallorca is seeking an experienced Chef for the upcoming season, running from June through to October, with the potential for extension into November.
This professionally run villa operates at the luxury end of the market, welcoming an international clientele throughout the season.
Responsibilities

* Work on a rotational daily schedule with another chef, alternating between morning and evening shifts.
* Typical hours are approximately 6am–3pm for mornings and 2/3pm–9/10pm for evenings.
* Produce well-balanced, high-quality Mediterranean-inspired food.
* Create and write English-language menus.
* Cook with guests around in an open-planned kitchen.
* Focus on execution and organisation; provisioning handled by high-end suppliers.
* When an additional chef is brought in during the busiest summer periods, have time off even during back-to-back bookings.
Qualifications
*
* Fluent in English.
* Legally able to live and work in Spain.
* Own accommodation and vehicle to commute to and from the villa.
* Yacht chef background preferred.
* Previous villa chef roles preferred.
