Specifically, you will:
* Design and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus in performance.
* Monitor their performance and continuously optimize campaigns with a data driven approach in mind.
* Investigate and test new functionalities within the Google and Meta ecosystems.
* Track analytics and measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale.

* You have a proven track record in paid media, with at least 5 years of experience managing big budgets in several countries.
* You are fluent in Spanish and English. A 3rd language, such as Polish or other Eastern European languages, will be a plus.
* You have deep hands‑on experience in building and optimizing performance campaigns in a high‑growth startup environment.
* You have set up, maintained and optimized lead generation and ecommerce campaigns for at least 2 years, with a focus on the Google ecosystem.
* You are highly analytic, and work with KPIs in mind.

We are seeking an expert level Paid PPC Performance Marketing Manager with proven hands‑on expertise in:
* Hands‑on in setting up paid marketing campaigns & strategies to generate results for a large portfolio of clients.
* Lead advanced account builds and restructures (naming conventions, campaign architecture, match‑type strategy, query mining, audience layering, exclusions, asset strategy, Conversions API, ETL).
* Oversee & train marketing team members on building and optimizing campaigns.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
* Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience.
* Proven hands‑on expertise in PPC/paid search (Google Ads essential; Microsoft Ads strongly preferred).
* Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists/managers – improve performance through coaching, audits, training, and SOPs.
