Senior Director, HP Store EMEA Leader Description - Job Summary This role is responsible for HP's EMEA direct-to-consumer business and holds the P&L responsibility for this RTM. The leader must navigate complex challenges, including diverse market conditions and evolving digital consumer trends. This role requires the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs while ensuring the business is on track to deliver against company priorities and growth targets Responsibilities • Act as a General Manager for the business, moving from one function to the next (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) daily • Manage teams responsible for store front & call center operations, collaborate daily with market and COE functions on product assortment, pricing, merchandising strategy, marketing & CRM, etc. to ensure they are equipped to capture sales from customers that want to purchase directly from HP • Influence CO Market strategy including digital direct presence, but also input into customer experience roadmaps, digital marketing transformation and category initiatives • Leads and manages a team of sales professionals and managers providing coaching, mentoring, and training to help the team meet and exceed sales targets. • Establishes performance metrics and conducts regular performance reviews, recognizing and rewarding high achievers and addressing performance issues as necessary. • Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Manages and allocates the budget for the organization, making strategic decisions regarding expenditures, resource allocation, and cost management. • Identifies and addresses potential risks that could affect the organization's sales objectives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. • Stays updated with the latest sales technologies and tools and integrates them into the sales process to streamline operations and improve results. Education & Experience Recommended - This role requires expertise in Digital commerce and strong GM skills to manage complexities of direct DTM business within a Global, multi-RTM company - Minimum 15 years of experience in ecommerce related roles, 10 years in sales leadership position - Achieved planned financial results within a business at a region/area, business segment, or industry level. - Ability to work in fast-paced environment; can work effectively as part of Global, virtual team - Experience with building high performing teams, building a best-in-class talent bench and effectively managing performance expectations. - Effective in leading cross organizational collaboration and track-record of influencing to achieve results • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
