Drive continuous improvement in continuity of supply with Lear's integral supply base
Summary Of Role
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will monitor and audit Lear's suppliers' supply chain execution.
The goal is to improve productivity, efficiency, flexibility, and reducing costs while securing optimal material levels and mitigating supply constraints.
Detailed Description Of The Role (with Bullets)
This roles work will include, but not limited to:
Manage suppliers to resolve escalated critical supply constraints and ensure continuity of supply into Lear's manufacturing facilities
Work with external suppliers and Lear internal cross functional teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, purchasing) to resolve supplier operational non-compliance issues
Work externally with suppliers and customer, and internally with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and execute supply chain processes to support E-System's Supply Chain Resilience Strategy
Document suppliers' long-term plans and strategy to drive continuous improvement through regular audits of these plans
Support in negotiations on long-term supply agreements with suppliers
Perform long-term capacity studies to verify sufficient capacity is being planned for Lear needs

Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree - Business Administration Degree
Master's in supply chain or logistics might be a plus
Fluent English skills.
Good communication skills in cross functional teams

Proficient organizational skills
Previous experience in supply chain, automotive industry might be a plus
Computer literacy – in particular with MS Office - Excel
