Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Service Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely and high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution teams, and providing updates to stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with market teams and the HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client plans.
* Keep Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams informed with regular updates.
* Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.
* Understand market needs and explore leveraging other DU services.
* Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.
* Act as the main contact for customer needs and coordinate with internal DU service providers.
* Maintain communication within the Campaign Automation team and with other DU teams for efficient consultancy.
* Ensure adherence to service processes and suggest optimizations when necessary.
Requirements & Desired Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
* Experience in project management, client management, or consultancy in digital marketing.
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret and connect business and technical requirements.
* Client management skills, including de-escalation.
* Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
* Familiarity with email, SMS channels, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Paid Media is a plus.
* Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and interface with global clients.
* Strong time and project management skills.
