Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our central marketing function within the commercial excellence team. This senior role involves strategically driving sales performance improvements by establishing and implementing standard work via CRM systems, defining best practices, optimizing processes, and leveraging data analytics and digital tools to elevate global sales effectiveness and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
* Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for standard work implementation and performance improvements.
* Design and manage global sales performance reporting, including executive dashboards for business intelligence.
* Define, champion, and refine global commercial standard work processes, incorporating digital best practices.
* Drive adoption of digital sales capabilities to enable standard work and measurable sales improvements.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and support standard work adoption.
* Conduct benchmarking and research on sales excellence strategies and digital enablement.
* Develop training and enablement programs for standard work and digital tools.
* Measure and report on the impact of initiatives on sales performance.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
* Minimum 7 years in sales operations, sales excellence, or consultancy roles with increasing responsibility.
* Experience in defining and implementing standardized processes and workflows.
* Deep experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and digital sales enablement technologies.
Travel & Work Requirements
* Willing to travel approximately 10-15%, mainly within EMEIA.
* Strong curiosity, diligent work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow.
* Analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
