Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Avionics Systems Architect to design and develop cutting-edge avionics systems from architecture to hardware and embedded software. Your Responsibilities Design and develop avionics systems, combining technical expertise with leadership skills. Lead prototyping and testing of flight units, ensuring system reliability and performance. Select and integrate components, leveraging your knowledge of electronics and signal processing. Develop electronics for power, interfaces, and control systems, driving innovation in the field. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate subsystems and test avionics systems within the spacecraft. Contribute to proposals, technical strategies, and system-level planning, applying your expertise to drive business growth. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience. Requirements Possess a degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aerospace, Industrial, Telecom, or similar). Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in avionics design and development, with a strong focus on embedded systems. Demonstrate expertise in avionics system architecture, spacecraft data-handling, and complex system integration. Be comfortable with testing, validation, and integration of systems, with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with ECSS standards and systems engineering tools is highly desirable. Experience in selecting and qualifying flight avionics is essential.
