Multinational company specialised in the design and manufacture of cleaning robots for industry is seeking a Country Manager for their new office in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the region.
2. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, including emerging products, markets, and customer segments.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors across the region.
4. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
5. Develop and deliver product and sales training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share.
