**Job description**:
Reporting to the **Business Division**, you will **reinforce our Spanish team in sales development**. Thanks to your network and experience, you are **familiar with local players** in the field of Datacenter.
Your main tasks will be:
- ** Develop our offers to build the right sales strategy**with high added value for our customers,
- ** Manage and develop your network**and your **business development activities**,
- ** Build customer loyalty**by listening to their needs,
- Conduct **negotiations with our business leads** or customers, **identifying all the issues involved** in the project with a view to signing the contract,
- Accompany the **customer throughout project implementation**,
- Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Profile**:
**Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school**with a minimum of **5 years’ experience in an Business Development position** on design and construction projects, you have **strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation**. Proactive, **autonomous**and **organised**, your **strong interpersonal skills** enable you to enjoy **multicultural teamwork**.
Fluent in **Spanish**and **English**, a good level in **French**would be a plus.
