About the client: We are seeking a HR Intern to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model. Job description: Reporting to the HR Controller role, and supporting Corporate and Local HR function, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of the Human Resources function. You will participate in the digital transformation of Human Resources as well as in the design and implementation of new processes for the HR Function of the Group. Your major accountabilities: * Support in analyses/studies on labour matters. * Ensure accurate employee data entry in the HRIS (SuccessFactors): compensation, personal information, organizational data... * Participate in audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Support Compensation & Benefits projects (participate in defining objectives, scales, goal achievement calculations, merit increase processes, job category reviews, etc). * Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. * Support internal audits and reporting related to labour relations metrics and compliance. * Support Coordination of personnel planning. * Support in monthly monitoring and analyse variances in FTE, headcount, and personnel costs versus budget and actuals. * Prepare data for financial audits, non financial audits, ESG reports, surveys, etc * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and workflows, aiming to automate and streamline workflows. * Participate in coordination of cross-functional HR projects. * Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed to support smooth and efficient HR services across the organization. We would like you to have: * Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources-Labour relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and/or Master degree with the possibility of an internship relation. * Detail oriented. * Able to manage different projects at the same time, eager to learn and contribute. * Energetic and collaborative. * Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. HR motivation. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Fluent in English.
