We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for commercial development of the Spanish market, focusing on both food and non‐food industrial categories (dairy, ice cream, detergents, and others).Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities, defining successful strategies together with management.Build and strengthen a network of clients, partners, and relevant business stakeholders.Prepare commercial proposals focused on New Business and new client acquisition.Manage the sales pipeline and oversee all stages of the commercial cycle.Ensure achievement of commercial targets.Contribute to the budgeting process and manage client accounts, ensuring proper cost and margin control.Analyze customers' financial data (e.g., sales reports) and develop strategies to open, recover, and retain clients.University degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.Solid experience in commercial roles (+5 years) with strong B2B background.Proven experience in the packaging industry (folding carton, rigid containers, or flexible packaging).Excellent organizational skills, priority setting, and time management.Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.Languages fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.Annual performance bonus. xpzdshu Company car.Health insurance.
