What You’ll Do:Execute business plans and drive results through collaborationLead, coach, and retain high-performing teamsEnsure smooth daily operations with a focus on performanceDeliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationshipsMaximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech
You’ll Need to Have:Experience as an ASM/SM in a high-volume retail settingStrong track record of hitting sales/KPI targetsA proactive, solutions-driven mindsetPassion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscapeFluency in EnglishLocal Language (additional local language is a plus)
