Will be responsible for driving the brand planning process from development to execution and following up on Jameson brand performance.
Main missions and responsibilities :
* Manage brand budget, taking full responsibility for the A&P Budget.
* Align with international strategy with constant communication with the Brand Owner.
* Lead selection and briefings with local agencies and cross-functional teams.
* Secure execution and follow-up of annual plans. ATL and BTL activities.
* Monitor achievement and development opportunities of current strategy. Track and report KPIs and draw insights and recommendations.
* Deeply understand the consumer target to propose activities that resonate with them.
* Constantly follow market evolution firsthand and understand business needs.
* Manage team motivation and development (e.g., intern CM).
* Collaborate closely with internal departments.
Required Profile :
* University degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration. A master's degree is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
* At least 2-5 years of professional experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
* Familiar with PR activation and brand experience events, preferably in the music, sports, or entertainment industry.
* Excellent knowledge and experience with professional marketing tools, structures, and processes.
* Willing to take responsibility and work autonomously.
* Strong team spirit.
* Budget management skills and proficiency.
* Strong relationship-building skills, interpersonal skills, and willingness to listen.
* Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
